Insurance Coordinator
Jami has been with Mad River Family Dental since 2020 as the Insurance Coordinator and Office Administrator. With nearly 30 years of experience in the dental field, she specializes in securing insurance benefits, scheduling patient appointments, and helping patients understand the treatments they need.
Jami values the teamwork at Mad River Family Dental and appreciates the relationships built with patients, who often become like extended family. She is certified in CPR and OSHA, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. Jami chose a career in dentistry because she loves the opportunity to boost patients’ confidence by restoring their smiles and providing clarity on dental insurance and procedures.
Outside of work, Jami enjoys reading, camping, and cooking while spending quality time with her family. She is married to Rick, and they have multiple children and grandchildren who bring joy to their lives, along with their cat, Hank. Traveling is at the top of her bucket list!
