I knew my dental health sucked and chose have it suck alone without judgement for as long as I could. In contrast I look forward to sorting through this mess with Mad River Dental's excellent team. I never feel judged or gross even when I totally understand my teeth are screwy right now. I feel content giving them my money. I feel safe when complications from my teeth happen to get help. I feel like a person first and foremost.I even look forward to telling them the wins I’m making and to fix my teeth on a daily basis too. From top to bottom of staff I’ve met have greeted me by name and with genuine kindness. Without this clinic I think my dental health would have kept the trajectory it’s been on and I’d have lost my teeth. Even while I’m hard to get in contact with there was no judgment just an honest question of which way is best to get in touch with me moving forward. I deeply appreciate their clinic.

Heather Stambaugh Excellent facility, dentist, and staff! The front desk ladies are so kind and helpful! They aren’t pushy about scheduling especially when costs are involved. Carrie is a phenomenal hygienist! She takes her time, has great tips/feedback, and doesn’t make you feel bad about the state of your teeth. Dr. Hickey is very efficient. He recommends a plan for care but again distinguishes between urgent and informative. They are all so thorough that you definitely learn more about your oral health than with other dentists. Top quality friendly place!!

I have had everything from normal cleanings, to fillings, to crowns, to an implant with Dr. Hickey. I hate to use the phrase “pain-free dentistry”, but that is truly the case here.
